Implementation Process

Training Features

Initial training:
We will provide data templates so that you will have specific GL account information from your QuickBooks (r) software. Our trainer will set up B2BMaster GL account names to match your QuickBooks (r) account names in your  QuickBooks company control file. Our trainer will setup your various GL posting accounts for various types of labor/material, tender codes and tax codes so that all match your QuickBooks defaults.
 
Training will be provided in 4 Internet sessions. 
 
Sessions 1 - 3 will be basic B2BMaster functionality as it relates to a flooring business, ignoring the QuickBooks interface at this point.
 
Session 4: Our trainer will install the software client QuickBooks (r) plug-in software on your  desktop PC, and complete the default interface with your company's QuickBooks (r) data.  

Next we will export the customer information from B2BMaster to QuickBooks (r) using our error checking routines.  Next, we will show you how to use the B2BMaster to QuickBooks (r) export routine (creating a CSV File). We will use our error checking routines to double check the worksheet, and finally use the import routine to create and import the data into QuickBooks (r).
