“I can identify six different ways RollMaster made us a better company:
1. Re-organization. Implementing RollMaster permitted us to re-organize our operation and eliminate one position from each of four departments. This was extremely profitable for the company.
2. Inventory. The system definitely tracks inventory very well and has helped us to identify an inventory shrinkage problem. RollMaster has reduced duplicate inventory orders and over-ordering of stock items.

I used to be with a RollMaster competitor which was more well known and who promised their program could do all the things I needed for my business, including connecting my three locations and running them “live” or in real-time. It was a nightmare! They couldn’t perform. In addition to the expense of the software program, I had to buy third party software and I had to upgrade hardware. Special connectivity hardware was required but even that didn’t bring real-time communication. The best they could do was to enable a remote computer to take over another computer but the data would never reach the Internet server.
