We cover a variety of topics.  Our intent is to make sure that you are aware of the constantly changing features and functionality in your powerful RollMaster system!

·         Learn how to use the new RollMaster Showroom Labeling to simplify your showroom Pricing.  A well organized and accurately priced showroom will improve your operation, significantly.  Your RollMaster system can help you price and tag your showroom quickly, using the no charge Avery Wizard 3.1 label software program and your  Roll Master A-F sale pricing system.  The workshop will cover the many benefits of the RollMaster thin client and its interface with your Microsoft desktop, using excel.  Showroom tags are available for purchase.  Pricing tags give your showroom an organized and professional appearance which helps close the sale faster.  The RM A-F pricing system easily calculates your selling prices based on material cost and your sale price formulation.  This system gives you direct control of your gross profit margin, your overhead and your freight factors.  You can generate sell pricing by roll or cut based on your costs.  You can print tags for a single product, a group of products or for your entire showroom.

·          Most workshops are designed to be a comprehensive training session covering the most important integrated processes for your businesses ultimate success!  If you are a new user or haven't attended a Workshop recently, please try to set aside some time to attend this workshop in Dallas --you are sure to gain beneficial information for increasing your profitability. 

·          The following are just some highlights of what is usually covered:

·          Preview the entirely re-tooled and enhanced RollMaster check book, check register and bank reconciliation module.  These features run in our new "Thin Client" architecture

·          Come test the Windows look and feel.  This session will also emphasize RollMaster Reporting Features. 

·          Learn what is available, what to print and how to use the data presented in the reports.

·          Track the details of job workflow - from the quote through to the integrated accounting system. 

·          Review all of the latest RollMaster functionality.  You will learn the latest enhancements and program developments available in RollMaster.

          Thursday RollMaster  - Workshop 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

·                      New Progress Billing Features and other Accounting Enhancements

What to Expect:
Attendees will assemble around a conference table and a Roll Master facilitator will lead the class through the agenda using a projection screen and pointer.  This format is informal and leaves plenty of time for questions and discussion.

The RollMaster Workshop Fee is $449 per person
Payment and Registration Form (see below) must be received by the room block cut off date given.  If you do not want to receive Roll Master web broadcasts, please call 800-777-4107 and your name will be immediately removed from our list of fax recipients.

Typical Hotel Arrangement information:
We will offer a special room rate per room, per night, plus taxes at the Workshop hotel.  They usually give us a Group name like "ROLLMASTER" that you will use to get our special rate.  

*Registrants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.

Force Majeure and Termination: If Textile Management Systems, Inc. is unable to perform its obligations under this agreement as a result of any factor beyond its control, including but not limited to: Act of God, war, labor dispute, accident, fire, flood, hurricane, government regulation, strike, or civil disorder, such non-performance is excused and Textile Management Systems, Inc. may terminate this agreement without further liability of any nature. In no event shall Textile Management Systems, Inc. be liable for consequential damages of any nature for any reason whatsoever.
